Hot Dog Alien is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of an unknown species from an unknown planet. He is a joke alien created for an online short.

Appearance

Hot Dog Alien is an anthropomorphic hot dog with four-fingered hands and boot-like feet. He has red eyes, and a hot dog bun encases his body. Hot Dog Alien does not have a visible Omnitrix symbol.

The third time he is used, he appears with a white and black guitar.

Powers and Abilities

Hot Dog Alien is only able to dance and play music.

Hot Dog Alien is also able to gain a rock and roll guitar though it seems to be rather random.

Weaknesses

Hot Dog Alien has very little control of himself.

History

• Hot Dog Alien first appeared in Rejected Ben 10: Vilgax Hot Dog Fail, where he was used by Vilgax after he took the Omnitrix from Ben, he danced uncontrollably before reverting twice. After Vilgax transformed into him a third time, he had an electric guitar with a strap around his neck.

Trivia

• Hot Dog Alien's DNA is not available in the canon Reboot Continuity's Omnitrix.
  • While Hot Dog Alien is currently unavailable in any alternate timeline Omnitrix, there is always the possibility that his species exists. However, nothing has been discussed along those lines and there may just be rights issues.
• Duncan Rouleau suspects this alien was created by a marketing team contracted by Cartoon Network, as the core team working on the reboot was not involved.
• On request, Duncan provided the name Hotdawg for this alien, Oscarmayerian for his species and Grillus for his home planet.
  • "Oscarmayerian" comes from Oscar Mayer, a company which produces processed meats.
