The Highbreed Pulse Generator is a powerful DNA weapon that can wipe out an entire species throughout the planet.

It looks like a smaller version of the Highbreed Weather Array.

Uses[]

It was a massive device that could emit a pulse which would eliminate all individuals on Earth having the DNA of the species fed into the device by the Forever Knights. It was modified by Juryrigg to instead change the DNA of a selected target individual.
