The Highbreed Councellors are the large Highbreed that sit on either side of the Highbreed Supreme. They are the ones that elect the Highbreed Supreme, as seen in the Ben 10: Alien Force season 2 finale, War of the Worlds. Their first and so far only appearance was in War of the Worlds: Part 2.
