The Highbreed Control Tower was the Highbreed's base of operations in Los Soledad.

In War of the Worlds: Part 1, from inside the control tower, the Highbreed Earth Commander watched Ben's team defeat the DNAliens. He later ordered his subordinates to activate the Hyperspace Jump Gate.
In War of the Worlds: Part 2, Ben, Gwen and Kevin made their way to the control tower to get the Highbreed Earth Commander to call off the attack. In the ensuing battle, Ben turned into Swampfire and battled the Highbreed Earth Commander. Gwen and Kevin fought another Highbreed and a group of DNAliens. Kevin was seriously injured by the Highbreed. In response, Gwen transformed into her Anodite form and easily defeated the Highbreed attacking Kevin. Gwen insisted that she could stop the entire Highbreed invasion by herself, but Kevin talked her down, reminding her that she'd lose her humanity if she did so and saying that he couldn't lose her, and that Ben would another way to end the fight. Another group of DNAliens surrounded the team, but the Plumbers' Helpers and Max appeared and defeated them, having returned from their duties in the Null Void. Swampfire eventually defeated the Highbreed Earth Commander and asked him to call off the invasion, but he merely laughed, telling them that only the Highbreed Supreme has the authority to do so. With the Highbreed Earth Commander in custody, Ben, Gwen, Kevin, and Azmuth boarded Ship and headed toward the Hyperspace Jump Gate, planning to confront the Highbreed Supreme.
