The Highbreed Commander is a commanding officer of the Highbreed invasionary forces.
History
He first appeared in Grounded. He then appeared in War of the Worlds and also mentions that he was a part of the activities that occurred in Max Out. In War of the Worlds, he had a grey upper chest and shoulders, although that was probably only to show his authority.
