Hervé is a character who appeared in the episode Rules of Engagement. He is a French photographer and Julie's new boyfriend after Ben accidentally broke up with her.
Appearance[]
Hervé is a moderately tall person who has blond hair. He wears a brown sweater over a white dress shirt and always carries his camera. He also wears orange/brown pants and brown shoes.

Hervé made his debut in Rules of Engagement, where Ben found him hanging out with and photographing Julie at a stadium, much to his confusion. Julie explained to Ben that Hervé was her new boyfriend, and that she believed they had broken up. Ester then appeared at the stadium, requesting Ben's help, as Looma Red Wind was terrorizing her village in Undertown. Falsely assuming Hervé and Julie were Kevin and Gwen, she took them along with her. During the scuffle, Looma managed to kidnap Julie, which caused Hervé to confront her. She assumed he was a wedding photographer, and kidnapped him as well, and retreating. Later, at Ben's house, Rook cut himself, Hervé, Ester, Julie, and Fistina's hand free from the bag. During the ensuing fight with Looma, Hervé took photos of Julie fighting alongside Ship. Once Looma defeated her, Hervé tried to take her on, only to be swatted away. At the end of the episode, Hervé left with Julie.
In The Most Dangerous Game Show, Hervé was seen on Julie's phone.

- The idea behind Hervé was to give Julie a boyfriend who was really into her and her tennis in a way that Ben never was; someone who would treat her well, unlike Ben.[DJW 2]
