In some woodlands, Ben uses Cannonbolt to fight the Weatherheads. In the process, however, he accidentally destroys a man's farm. Upon their defeat, he points out how their evil plans are always the same. Gust-O tells his comrades that if he had emotions, he would be feeling very frustrated at losing to the "pest" for the 43rd time. Cannonbolt is offended by being called that, but he is soon chewed out by the farmer for ruining his farm. While the two argue, Gust-O nods to Shock-O and Hail-O. The latter two run around, as Gust-O stands up. However, Cannonbolt knocks him out, and bashes the heads of the other Weatherheads together. Despite saving him again, the farmer is still angry, and Cannonbolt reluctantly agrees to clean up, which involves hurling the Weatherheads over the horizon. He walks away, before yelling at the farmer, telling him to be grateful for being saved.
Elsewhere in the forest, the Weatherheads all make a crash-landing. Gust-O rants to the others about how much losing to Ben makes his blood boil, if he had any. Kevin then appears before them, and tells them that the reason they lost because they're a bunch of losers. Kevin introduces himself, and Hail-O recalls hearing about him, being the "Emo Ben". Kevin angrily denies being emo, but recomposes and offers the three some advice. They accept, and Kevin explains to them that Ben's emotions make him stronger. Therefore, if they could turn on their emotions, they could defeat Ben. Gust-O understands Kevin's logic, and the three's chestplates open up, revealing switches. They commence their emotion inhibitor shutdown sequence, and flip the switches on.
Ben returns to Gwen and Max at a campsite. Max confronts him with a video of him accidentally destroying the barn, but Ben doesn't see the issue. Max explains that he is being destructive, and that he needs to keep his emotions in check. Gwen supports Max as she chucks tennis balls around, which confuses Ben. Max tells him she's been very excited ever since he told her where they're going. Ben wonders where that could be.
At a ski resort, Ben fails to see the connection the location has to tennis balls. Gwen then blindsides him with a snowball, challenging Ben to a snowball fight. He is then hit in the back with another, and assumes its Max. Max says it wasn't him, as the Weatherheads loom behind decked in new clothes. Gust-O (wearing a blue backwards cap) loudly states it was them, and that they are there to settle the score. Ben groans, as he just defeated them mere minutes ago. Gust-O cockily states he's going to take Ben down, but Shock-O (wearing a pink sweater around his shoulders) tells him he is being irritating. This infuriates Gust-O, and Gwen asks Ben if they were acting like this before. Gust-O taunts Ben, and tries to fight them, before being knocked away by a giant electricity-infused flying snowball, trapping him inside of it.
Gust-O orders Hail-O to make himself useful, but the now-mopey Hail-O (wearing a black beret) can only cry on Ben, freezing the snowball. Gust-O uses his aerokinetic powers to send the ice-encased Ben up a mountain, and the three pursue him. Max says they have to do something, and tells Gwent to meet him at the bottom of the mountain. As he leaves, Kevin appears, laughing. Gwen questions him, and he tells her he's glad he got it on video, showing it to her. The two bicker, and Kevin transforms into Bashmouth. He follows the Weatherheads. Gwen, meanwhile, follows Max.
At the top of the mountain, Ben lands, and the ice trapping him shatters. Gust-O soon lands, revealing that unlocking their emotions unlocked new tricks. Ben transforms into Four Arms and tries to punch Gust-O, but his attacks keep missing. He tries going in for another attack, but is zapped by Shock-O. Four Arms notices Hail-O hasn't joined in on the fight, and Shock-O explains he going through things. From afar, Hail-O broods. The two prepare to finish Four Arms off, but Max interrupts them by blinding them with a snowmobile. Four Arms hops on while they are distracted and they make a getaway. Hail-O suggests they use a bobsled, which they agree upon.
Max asks Four Arms if they lost them, but Four Arms notices they are catching up. He throws snowballs at them, which the robots dodge. Shock-O summons thunderclouds as Four Arms reverts back to Ben. Max skids around the lightning bolts summoned, but the Weatherheads remain on their tail. Although Ben is impressed by Max's skills, Max is scared out of his mind. Bashmouth watches the chase, and laughs to himself. Gwen suddenly launches off of the cliff behind him, landing on him and making him faceplant in the snow. Bashmouth threatens her, but is quickly distracted by her stick. He tries to break free of the distraction, but is ultimately instinctually forced to retrieve the stick once Gwen tosses it. However, it was a trick, and Gwen reveals she never actually threw the stick.
Max continues to avoid the lightning as the Omnitrix continues to be timed out. They narrowly avoid hitting Gwen, and crash-land in a snow bank. They surface, and Gwen checks in on them. She explains that Kevin was planning on ambushing Ben, when suddenly, Shock-O attacks the group. Hail-O whines, asking why Shock-O got the first attack, to which Shock-O tells him to cry him a river. Annoyed, Gust-O blasts the two away with wind. After some prodding from his family, Ben realizes that their out-of-control emotions aren't that much different from his own. Gwen asks them if they are going to destroy the world by hurting their feelings, to which Shock-O insults Max's hair. To his grandchildren's surprise, this works, and Max runs off crying. The two laugh at him, but Hail-O is too sad himself to. Ben tells Gwen to take care of their grandpa, while he deals with the Weatherheads.
Ben transforms into Slapback. Bashmouth arrives on the scene, accusing Gwen of having never thrown the stick, which Slapback laughs at. Embarrassed, he orders the Weatherheads to fight. Slapback tries to pound Shock-O, but misses. He is then blasted into a tree trunk by Gust-O, duplicating him. Surprised, all three Weatherheads fire at the Slapbacks, who jump over the attacks. One rolls into a ball and leaps into the other's arms, who then tosses him at the Weatherheads. They fall into a pile and the Slapbacks high-five each other. They are then met by Bashmouth, who towers over them. He knocks them down, accidentally doubling their numbers. He tries to pound one into the ground, but he inly hurts his hands. The Slapbacks continue to dodge lightning strikes, as one takes down Shock-O. Gust-O rejoins the fight, blasting one with a tornado. A Shock-O tries to intercept a Slapback trying to reach Gust-O, but only manages to shock the Weatherheads' leader. He demands Hail-O help them, but Hail-O can only brood in the background. Shock-O calls him a whiny brat, but Slapback points out they all are acting like that.
Bashmouth tries to get them to continue fighting, but he is taken out by a loose Slapback. Slapback shows the Weatherheads footage of them acting like whiny brats. Realizing they are acting like humans, the three are disgusted and reverse their emotion inhibitors. Bashmouth tries to get Slapback, but he is quickly blasted back by all three of the Weatherheads, who reprimand him for manipulating them. Bashmouth threatens them, but he unexpectedly reverts back. Kevin then threatens Slapback, but he is brought back to the Weatherheads after Shock-O sends lightning his way. The Weatherheads chase him down as he vows his revenge. Gwen laughs at the scene, having recorded it on her phone. She shows it to Ben, and Max also laughs at it. They then notice he is now wearing a blonde wig, and try to contain their laughter.
