Mr. Grady is a short Caucasian man with light brown hair and blue eyes. He wears a white three-piece suit with a black shirt, along with a white hat and blue shoes.

Ben 10[]
In Ready to Rumble, Mr. Grady showed interest in Ben as Four Arms during the wrestling competition. After Four Arms defeated the Immovable Object and the Omnitrix was about to time out, Mr. Grady chased after him, and met Ben, who said he was Four Arms' manager. Interested in meeting Four Arms, he gave Ben his card. He later gave Ben the prize money after he won the competition.
