In A Small Problem, Gwen used it to answer Grey Matter's call for help.
In Destroy All Aliens, Gwen used it to answer Ben's call.

Gwen's cell phone reappeared in Save the Last Dance, where Gwen used it to answer Julie's call.
In Grounded, Gwen called Ben to ask him help fight against the DNAliens, Ben as Echo Echo tells Gwen to redirect her phone to the DNAliens, then he does a sonic scream and all the DNAliens are thrown away.
In Vengeance of Vilgax: Part 1, Gwen called Ben to ask him help the fight against the Ssserpent.
