The Grand Magistrate[credits 1][1] is the leader of the Incurseans. He first appeared in Ben 10 Versus the Universe: The Movie.
Appearance[]
The Grand Magistrate resembles a big frog who has green skin with warts on his arms, head and chin. He wears a black and gold robe with a second purple robe underneath, black pants, and a gold necklace with three dark orbs on it.
Personality[]
The Grand Magistrate has a strong sense of justice, being a court judge, though he is not without some sense of humor. He dislikes those who commit perjury and bear false witness in court of law and holds those accountable. He works to make things right in any miscarriage of justice and restore the legal rights to their victims.
Relationships[]
Ben Tennyson[]
The Grand Magistrate originally had a hatred for Ben, thinking that he was Vilgax. After banishing Ben to the Null Void, the Grand Magistrate eventually learns that he falsely accused him. He attempts to make up for this by helping Ben get back to Earth through entering a wormhole, but fails, having been stopped halfway due to an asteroid belt. He grew a fondness for Ben, waving him goodbye and having tears in his eyes when he left to stop the real Vilgax.
Incursean Officer[]
The Grand Magistrate is the Incursean officers's commander.
Vilgax[]
He has a strong hatred for Vilgax for his various crimes and the destruction of several planets. With the help of Azmuth, he took Vilgax into intergalactic custody.
Azmuth[]
Like many people, he respects Azmuth greatly. He is grateful for his help in repairing his ship, and bringing Vilgax to justice.
Tetrax Shard[]
He has a strong dislike for Tetrax for committing perjury in his court as a false witness and framing Ben as Vilgax in a miscarriage of justice and is holding Tetrax accountable for abusing the justice system.
History[]
Ben 10[]
In Ben 10 Versus the Universe: The Movie, after Ben is captured by the Incursean Officer, believing Ben to be Vilgax, the boy is placed in an intergalactic court tried by the Grand Magistrate, and with Tetrax's false testimony, Ben is sent to Null Void by the Grand Magistrate.
Later, when Incarcecon is being sucked into the Null Void, Ben as Omni-Naut Shock Rock helps them, causing the Grand Magistrate and the others to notice that Ben is not Vilgax. As a thank you, the Grand Magistrate takes Ben to Earth in his ship through an interdimensional portal. However, on the way, the ship's engines are damaged by an asteroid field and he cannot continue to take Ben to Earth, but the boy proceeds to travel as the Omni-Naut Heatblast. By unknown means, Incarcecon later had its profunders fixed. Azmuth took the Grand Magistrate and the others on the ship to Earth, to witness Ben defeat Vilgax and then take the villain into custody.
