Generator Vendor is a round alien with four yellow eyes. His mouth has a purple tongue and he has many small yellow teeth, with a large tusk on each side. His body is red, dotted with brown markings like scabs, his arms resemble a tentacle, and his feet have 3 toes each. He wears a black hood and underwear.

In Hot Stretch, Generator Vendor argued with Rook about the quality of the old thermo-electric generator he was selling. Ben then bought a bottle of water from him for a tayden.
In Special Delivery, Generator Vendor appeared in the background of Psyphon's auction.
