Frankenstrike, formerly known as Benvicktor[credits 1][1][Bandai 1][Bandai 2] (alternatively spelled as Ben Vicktor[Bandai 3] or Benviktor),[pop-up 2][2] is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Transylian from the planet Anur Transyl in the Anur System.[Bandai 3]
Appearance[]
Ben as Frankenstrike[]
Frankenstrike has an appearance similar to the classic depiction by Boris Karloff of Victor Frankenstein's monster. He closely resembles an approximately seven-foot-tall[TNP 1] muscular human male, with four fingers on each hand and black hair with sideburns. Most of his skin is a dull, greyish yellow; however, some areas on his body have a different skin tone, which are separated by scars and what resembles sutures, as if his body parts were sewn together. He wears metal gauntlets that end in fingerless gloves; metallic boots with grills on them; and dark, shiny pants with ribs that dip in a V-shape. He has many bolts that resemble flathead screws in places all over his upper body; and he has two large tower-shaped, conductor coil-like generators located on his upper back; though these are metallic-organic growths and not actually machines.[pop-up 3] [1]
In the Original Series, Frankenstrike had a long mullet hairstyle with bangs, and his sideburns stretched outwards into a single point on each side. His second tone of skin was lighter, and stretched from his forearms up to his upper arm and shoulder, on his left and right arms, respectively. He had 4 bolts on his back, 3 on his chest, and 2 on each of his trapezius muscles; all of which were dark grey with a flat, black tip and a green line across it. His gauntlets and conductors were brown; his pants were black, and the slits in his boots were green. He wore a belt with a white line running around it, and the original Omnitrix symbol in the middle, like a belt clasp.
In the Ultimate Alien intro, Frankenstrike looked mostly the same, with a few notable differences. His skin had a much more natural color, and did not differ in tone despite having the exact same scars. While his pants remained black, his gauntlets; conductors; belt; bolts; and boots were all completely recolored grey and silver. The slits of his boots were black. The Ultimatrix symbol was located on his chest, replacing the top bolt in the grouping of 3 on his chest.
In Omniverse, Frankenstrike's hair is cut much shorter, though his sideburns have increased in length in a mutton chops-style. His two-toned skin returns, the second tone now being a more withered dark grey. Patches of it are located on his entire left shoulder and left pectoral; his entire right forearm; the top of his right shoulder; one spot on the middle-right of his back; and nearly completely covering his neck and face, save for some of the right side of his face. Suturing connects all the patches, as well as a circular "cut" around his cranium. Frankenstrike's bolts are now much larger and stumpier; they are a copper color, with green lines stretching across and off the tips. There are now 3 bolts on his back; 6 for each side of his neck, shoulder, and elbow; and one on his belt, where the Omnitrix used to be. His conductors have moved up more from his back and cover his trapezius muscles. They are now a deep green, with white coils and light green bulbs at the tips. His belt and gauntlets are green, with small screws appearing along their white stripe and knuckles, respectively. His pants are very dark green and his boots are copper with light green slits. Frankenstrike's teeth are now yellowed and uneven, and bear out. The Omnitrix symbol is embedded in the flesh of his right pectoral, with several deep scars protruding from where it resides.
Benzarro as Frankenstrike[]
Benzarro's Frankenstrike looks identical to Ben Prime's Frankenstrike in Omniverse, except his skin is recolored to resemble Benzarro's and his eyes, conductors, bolts belt, sutures, and Zombitrix symbol are all colored purple.
Powers and Abilities[]
Thanks to his bio-metallic conductor coils on his body, Frankenstrike can produce and manipulate bio-electric discharges as powerful as bolts of lightning[Bandai 2] and capable of punching holes in a spaceship.[3] This electricity can be used to enhance his blows to increase the damage output,[4] electrocute opponents through physical contact, attach to metallic surfaces,[1] power-up machinery or overload specific parts of the technology,[4][5] create waves that travel along the flat surfaces,[6] as well as focus it into concentrated beams of energy.[7]
Larger Transylians like Frankenstrike are shown to have immense level of physical strength, being powerful enough to punch through a brick wall,[Bandai 2] sever a Techadon Robot's arm,[8] carry an Appoplexian over their shoulders,[9] tear apart steel, [1] as well as lift a tank over their head.[10] Their strength also extends to their legs, allowing them to jump between the roofs of Undertown buildings.[8]
Larger Transylians like Frankenstrike possess immense durability, being able to withstand plasma beams of Galvanic Mechamorphs and Ectonurites at full power, [1] walk straight through bullets and tank shells,[10] and survive being blasted afar by energy beams from Phil Billings.[4] They are also highly resistant to extremely high temperatures, as shown when Dr. Viktor was ensnared in of molten steel.[10] Transylians can regenerate parts and heal from even serious injuries that are almost fatal.[Bandai 2]
Frankenstrike is quite fast, as demonstrated when Lightning Volt was able to keep up with Rath.[9]
Frankenstrike can survive in the vacuum of space. [1] Frankenstrike can also see in the dark.[DJW 1]
Frankenstrike is resistant to strong winds, as shown when he held onto part of a space station when Viktor opened up a portal in space. [1]
Frankenstrike can emit magnetism from his hands or feet, allowing him to attach to metal structures.[1]
Transylians possess technokinesis and can merge with technology, being able to generate electricity through their coils to power machinery, as demonstrated when Viktor controlled some cables with his mind and plugged them into himself.[3][1]

Protector of Earth[]
Frankenstrike can teleport short distances and create portals, as demonstrated by other Transylians.
Weaknesses[]
Frankenstrike is unable to fit through small or tight spaces due to his large size and coils.[7][6]
The two generators on a Frankenstrike's shoulders is the source of his electricity, which means opponents like Phil can absorb their electricity through them.[4]
Transylians cannot conduct or absorb electricity from external sources.[DJW 2] This was shown when Ben knocked Dr. Viktor into exposed circuitry; Frankenstrike blasted Dr. Viktor with electricity; [1] and when Rook and Scout used tasers to electrocute Viktor.[11]
Frankenstrike can be controlled and hypnotized by Vladats via their Corrupturas, as demonstrated by Viktor and many other Transylian residents of Anur Transyl.[12]
Frankenstrike can be immobilized in ice and dried molten steel, as demonstrated by Viktor.[10]
Frankenstrike can be scared by Toepick's species.[DJW 3]

Ben 10[]
- Frankenstrike first appeared in Be Afraid of the Dark, where he was added to the active playlist after the Omnitrix "sampled" Dr. Viktor's DNA.[note 1] Frankenstrike battled Zs'Skayr and the Mummy on the exterior of the space station and personally sent Dr. Viktor into an ill-created portal before it closed.

- In Ben 10,000 Returns, Frankenstrike was re-unlocked by Ben 10,000.

Galactic Champions[]
Frankenstrike, referred to as Transylian, is an alien found in the game. He is the final boss of the third tournament, the Transyl Tournament. Unlike other aliens in the game, he's not able to be bought in the shop, he's only unlockable in the Portuguese version of the game when inputting the code "Travessuras" (Tricks).
Transylian is a powerhouse, he has high Health, Strength and Defense, but low Agility. His abilities help him deal even more damage or make enemies less likely to survive attacks.
His offensive abilities are:
- Punch - Transylian punches his opponent with lightning effects. Weak attack, doesn't waste any energy.
- Electrical Fists - Stronger variation of Punch, clears the enemy's status effects and has a chance to apply poison effect to opponent. Spends 15 energy.
- Technokinesis - Transylian punches the ground, making electricity come from under his opponent. Has a chance to apply enemy with taunt effect. Spends 30 energy.

His defensive abilities are:
- Recharge - Reduces damage taken this turn and recovers some energy.
- Fury - Reduces damage taken this turn and increase attack stat. Spends 14 energy.
- Purify - Reduces damage taken this turn, gets rid of status effects and heals himself. Spends 30 energy.

Etymology[]
His placeholder name, Benvicktor, is a combination of "Ben" and "Vicktor".
The name Frankenstrike is a combo of the name of Frankenstein, referencing his resemblance to Frankenstein's monster, and the word "strike", as in a lightning strike, which alludes to his electrokinetic abilities.
Trivia[]
- Frankenstrike's placeholder name "Benvicktor" was assigned to him by the credits for Be Afraid of the Dark and toys during the Original Series. Therefore, Frankenstrike is one of the four aliens whose working name had Ben's name in it, the other three being Blitzwolfer, Snare-Oh, and Nanomech.
- Similar to Arctiguana, Snare-Oh, Murk Upchuck, and Buzzshock, Frankenstrike appeared in Omniverse, but he did not appear in A New Dawn.
- Frankenstrike is one of five aliens featured in Omniverse who generate green electricity; the others being Upgrade, Buzzshock, Brainstorm, and Nanomech.
- Unlike the others, however, the color of Frankenstrike's bio-electricity discharge matches that of other Transylians.[pop-up 4] [1]
- In the Original Series, Frankenstrike was considered to be Ben's second smartest alien.[pop-up 5] This was retconned in Omniverse, as hyper-intelligence is not a common trait among Transylians. Therefore, Ben does not become any smarter as Frankenstrike.[MW 1][DJW 5]
- Frankenstrike's Original Series design was made by Thomas N. Perkins IV.[TNP 2]
- Frankenstrike's Omniverse design was made by Derrick J. Wyatt.[DJW 6]
- Frankenstrike's appearance is based off of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein's monster.
