Frank is a muscular adult man who wears a white tank top, white cuffs, dark brown pants, dark brown boots and a red beanie. He has black hair and a goatee.
History[]

Frank appeared in Last Laugh where he and another robber tried to escape by boat after a robbery, but were caught by Ripjaws, who grabbed him by the face and pulled him into the water. After the second robber was captured, they were both arrested.
He appeared in Hijacked where he, along with the convict, tried to steal the Rustbucket but were stopped by Four Arms and left tied up at a gas station.
