Appearance
Ben as Four Arms
Four Arms is a humanoid alien that is approximately twelve feet tall, has well-developed muscles, two pairs of four-fingered arms, and red skin. A black stripe goes from his chin to his lower lip, and he has four eyes: a main pair, and a smaller pair below them.
In the original series, Four Arms wore a white T-shirt with a black line going down it, black pants, and fingerless gloves. He wore the original Omnitrix symbol on his upper left shoulder. His eyes were yellow and he had no hair.
In Game Over, while inside Sumo Slammers Smackdown, Four Arms wore brown shoulder pads and knee pads, grey armor under his shoulder pads as well as black pants. He wore the Omnitrix symbol on a hat on top of his head.
In Ultimate Alien, 16-year-old Four Arms wore gold wrist and ankle bands, a pair of black underwear that has a gold waistband, as well as two golden sashes that went across his chest. His eyes were recolored green, he had a black ponytail, and he wore the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
In The Forge of Creation, 10-year-old Four Arms looks exactly the same as in the original series except the Omnitrix symbol was recolored green.
In Heroes United, Four Arms, in addition to his clothes in Ultimate Alien, wore pants, fingerless gloves, and had tattoo-like stripes on his body, making him look somewhat similar to his original series design.
In Omniverse, 11-year-old Four Arms looks the same as his 10-year-old self in Ultimate Alien, except his eyes are recolored green, his skin is a lighter tone, and he has a second set of pectorals for his other set of arms.
16-year-old Four Arms has three short spikes on the top of his head, a mustache-like design, the black stripe on the top of his head is gone, and the same second set of pectorals as his 11-year-old self. He has no hair and wears a black tank top-like shirt with one large green stripe in the middle, black pants, a green and white belt where the Omnitrix symbol is located, and black fingerless gloves with green cuffs at the wrists.
Kevin as Four Arms
Kevin's Four Arms looked the same as Ben's did in the original series, but with paler skin and no Omnitrix symbol.
Gwen as Four Arms
Four Arms had darker skin, hair and clothes based on Gwen's, and lacked the vertical black stripe sported by Ben's version. Just like Ben, Gwen's Four Arms wore the Omnitrix symbol on her upper left shoulder.
Ben 10,000 as Four Arms
Ben 10,000's Four Arms had a better-developed forehead, more muscle mass, a different T-shirt design and a pair of jutting incisors. He wore the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
Alpha as Four Arms
Four Arms looked roughly similar to Kevin's Tetramand mutation, only he had four arms rather than six. He had four red eyes, black hair, and black shorts. He wore a red fake Ultimatrix on his chest, and there were red lines spread across his body.
Powers and Abilities
Four Arms' most prominent ability is his enhanced strength, being able to lift several times his own weight and punch through various resilient materials with ease. Since Four Arms is one of Ben's strongest aliens in the original series, he relied on him the most when fighting large and powerful foes. Technically speaking, Four Arms is physically stronger than Methanosians and Vaxasaurians at base size.[DM 1]
Four Arms' strength allows him to use anything heavy as a weapon, from big rocks he can throw several feet away, to beams and pillars that can be used as clubs. His great strength even extends to his jaws and bite, allowing him to bite metal and damage it.[3] He even develops two sharp fangs between his lower jaws as he gets older.
The older Four Arms grows, the stronger he becomes.[4] By age 16, Four Arms has become strong to the point where he was able to overpower Looma Red Wind, the princess of Khoros, despite female Tetramands being generally stronger than their male counterparts.[5][6]
Four Arms can create strong shockwaves by clapping all four of his hands together.[7][8][9] Ben learned this ability from Tini.[pop-up 1][7]
Four Arms can alternatively create shockwaves by slamming his fists on the ground.[8][10]
Four Arms can jump several times his own height, at least seven stories up, in a single bound.[11][10][12]
Four Arms has enhanced reflexes, as he was able to catch and redirect missiles[13] in a single motion.[14]
Four Arms can climb up walls by pushing his fingers into them to make hand holds.[15]
Four Arms has a high level of enhanced durability due to his tough and thorny skin,[pop-up 2][7] being able to casually take missiles from a drone[16] and a slash to the chest from Malware while barely feeling any pain.[17]
In correlation to his durable skin, Four Arms is highly resistant to fire, such as that generated by a Pyronite.[18] His skin also makes him laser-proof.
When infected with a cold, Four Arms can sneeze out sprays of slimy snot from his mouth, and although disgusting, this can be useful against insects.[19]
Weaknesses
Four Arms' bulk can sometimes become a disadvantage, as all the extra muscle mass makes him relatively slower than other opponents and his immense size makes him an easy target for enemy attacks.
Despite his massive strength, Four Arms still can not penetrate the Plumber Base cell doors,[20] pull Excalibur out of its stone,[21] penetrate Benevelon's shield[22] and remove Rook Ben's bi'nthak.[23]
Four Arms' size can make moving through areas designed for small species, like the Rust Buckets 1[24] and 2,[25] difficult.
Despite his enhanced durability, Four Arms can feel pain from electricity, such as those generated by Nosedeenians[26] and Gimlinopithecus.[9]
Four Arms can get drowsy by Porcupine's quills.[27]
If under the effects of a cold, Four Arms' strength and stamina are severely reduced, his skin turns from bright red to a dark shade of orange, and he develops pungent hives in his armpits.[19]
Four Arms can feel great discomfort while being attacked by a swarm of ants.[19]
Four Arms is vulnerable to a Celestialsapien's telekinetic abilities, as demonstrated with Manny.[28]
