The Fountain of Youth was a hidden underground spring that provided eternal youth to its drinker, due to the water that it created.

History

Background

Hector was the guardian of the fountain, given this job by Juan Ponce de León 400 years ago.

Ben 10

In Don't Drink the Water, Ben, Gwen, and Max helped prevent Hex from achieving his goal of using it to regain full power. In the end, Ben as Heatblast evaporated all of the fountain's water by going supernova hot.

Effects

The Fountain of Youth provides the drinker eternal youth as long as they keep drinking its water. Thus, the effects of the water are only temporary. Hector remained young for over 400 years because of routinely drinking the water.

It seemed to only affect Ben and Max for a few hours to a day, who were both only doused in it.

Trivia

• The waters of the fountain consist of a ratio of one Hydrogen atom to twelve oxygen atoms, making it HO₁₂ (though it is stated to also be 12 times the amount of both oxygen and hydrogen, making it H₂₄O₁₂), along with traces of carbon.
