Fort Knox is a great base of Gold in USA. It is also an old Plumber Base which is decomissioned from service. It was useful for a battle of Max versus Vilgax in the past.
In Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10: Part 1, it is one of the two bases with the keys to open the force field at Mt. Rushmore. The base is attacked by the Circus trio and Sublimino and the key gets stolen.
