Fire Chief Whittington is a Semi-Retired Plumber and Fire Chief of Fire department in Bellwood, It first appeared in Ben 10: Race Against Time.

His appearances throughout the movie are not as trasendestes as White or Dalton. Appears briefly when Ben is on his way to school, then reappears revealing himself to be a Plumber and mentioned that Heatblast has given him so much extra work. Also appears in the Batalals against Eon and enclosed with his friends, where everyone is released by the Director White.
