Fastcat is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Citrakayah from the planet Chalybeas and is the Dimension 23 equivalent of Fasttrack.^{[PD 1]}

Powers and Abilities

Much like Speedyquick, Fastcat has enhanced speed and agility, and is shown to have enhanced reflexes as well.

Fastcat is capable of giving himself a boost of speed while running; this is demonstrated when Dr. Animo's missile flew past Fasttrack, and he ran at a higher speed, allowing him to outrun it for a short time and forcing Animo to increase the missile's power.^[1] Furthermore, Fastcat can also jump to great heights while running.^[2]

Fastcat is durable enough to withstand being thrown against the Seal.^[3]

Fastcat can recover quickly, as Fasttrack was able to immediately get back on his feet and continue running when he saw that Sir George was about to attack him again.^[3] Similarly, Fasttrack was able to recover from falling to the ground after he jumped towards Animo's missile but failed to catch it.^[1]

Fastcat possesses enhanced strength, as Fasttrack was able to carry both Magister Hulka and Tack to safety without losing any speed.^[4] Technically speaking, Fastcat is physically stronger than Kinecelerans.^{[MW 1]}

Fastcat has enhanced dexterity, as seen when Fasttrack disarmed a group of Forever Knights by taking their weapons away and was able to carry them all in his hands before dropping them on the floor.^[5]

Fastcat seems to have an exceptional level of balance, as Fasttrack was easily able to run out of Kevin's car without falling down and stay on his feet even while it was speeding through the desert.^[1]

Like Speedyquick, Fastcat has an enhanced sense of direction, as Fasttrack could easily knock down several Esoterica in seconds while running in sharp zigzags and circles.^[6]

The sharp blade-like structures on Fastcat's arms and legs could be used as weapons to cut and tear when running past someone or something at a fast pace.

Weaknesses 

There is a limit to how fast Fastcat can run, as Fasttrack can have a hard time stopping if he runs too quickly.^[1]

It is implied that, despite his enhanced speed, Fastcat is physically slower than Kinecelerans.^[7][3]

There is a limit to how much damage Fastcat can recover from, as an explosion caused by the Door to Anywhere was able to knock Fasttrack out.^[8]

Being a speed-based alien, Fastcat shares similar weaknesses with Speedyquick, such as his speed being used to an opponent's advantage (as seen when Fasttrack ran straight into Sir George's outstretched arm, badly stunning him),^[3] as well as being unable to run on certain surfaces like ice, which can make Fasttrack slip very easily.^[1]

Being a feline-based alien, Fastcat can be controlled by people who have the ability to control cats, like Nyancy Chan, depending on how prevalent his feline attributes are.^{[DJW 1]}

Etymology

Fastcat's name is a combination of the words "fast", referencing his enhanced speed; and "cat", referencing his feline nature.
