The Eye of Wotan is a magical artifact that appeared in Creature Feature.
Appearance[]
The Eye of Wotan is a golden artifact consisting of a circle surrounded by a square. The pieces are connected by curved bars that reach the corners of the square. When active, the Eye of Wotan glows.
Features[]
When activated, the Eye of Wotan can give life to a "seeker", beasts which have an insatiable thirst to seek out ripples in the veil, tearing through the fabric of reality and into the gates of light. The Eye of Wotan can also be used to de-animate the seekers it creates.[1][2]
History[]
Background[]
At some point, Hex acquired the Eye of Wotan, using it to revitalize his body and power every 100 years.
Ben 10[]
In Creature Feature, Hex used the Eye of Wotan to animate a creature from a monster movie, creating The That. Ben, unaware of its ability to endlessly consume light, tried to make it explode by feeding it with Diamondhead and Omni-Enhanced XLR8. When that failed and The That escaped, Hex explained to him and Gwen how he created the creature using the Eye of Wotan.
