Dr. Victor Emilio Valadis[note 1] was the father of Elena Valadis.
Appearance[]
Victor was a burly looking man who wore a brown jacket and a lighter brown shirt underneath, as well as a black undershirt, pale grey jeans, and a brown hat. He was bald, and had light brown eyes, which were silver when he was controlled by the Microchips. In a video recording, he wore a white lab coat.
In Ultimate Alien, the Victor clones had four long metal tentacles protruding from their backs.
Personality[]
Although little of Victor's persona is known, it is likely that he deeply regretted his actions while under the Microchips control. He was also sorry for his mistake with Max and was grateful to Ben for saving him.
History[]
Background[]
Valadis was the former pupil of Max, who planned on passing command of the Plumbers of Earth to Valadis and retire. However, Valadis was discovered stealing alien technology. Feeling deeply betrayed by Valadis, Max did not believe him when he explained that was studying the alien technology he stole to find a weakness only to discover they were in fact an alien species known as "the Hive". Valadis was expelled from the Plumbers in shame.
Alien Swarm[]
Using Valadis' body as a vessel and his Plumber knowledge, the Hive's "Queen" upgraded and mass-produce the Microchips. When the team arrived to destroy the Queen, they discovered that he was host to her. While Gwen and Kevin insisted on killing Valadis and the Queen with him, Ben decided to use his latest transformation, Nanomech, to go into Valadis' body and fight the queen head on.
With the Queen gone, Valadis reunited with his daughter and Max apologized for not believing him. Valadis admitted he was wrong to have tried to do it alone, and realized he should have gone to Max for help in the first place.
Ultimate Alien[]
Multiple clones of Victor appear in Revenge of the Swarm. The real Victor was presumed dead, which ended up being true when Gwen sensed him underground in the cemetery at 6255 Pleasant Hills Road. His daughter, Elena, found some of the Microchips and studied them. It turned out that she was being controlled by them and could make them shapeshift into anything at will. The chips rendered into the form of Victor and attacked Gwen and Kevin.

- Victor Valadis' Microchip clones bear a striking resemblance to Doctor Octopus from Marvel Comics, particularly because of his long jacket, his hat and the four tentacles on their backs.
