History
Alien Force
In War of the Worlds: Part 1, DNA Repair Guns were created by Cooper and used by the entire team in the final battle against the Highbreed restoring various humans back to normal at Los Soledad.
Ultimate Alien
In Simian Says, Ben's team tried to use the weapons to restore the DNAlien Arachnichimps, only to discover that the weapons were ineffective due to them being designed for humans, not Arachnichimps. Simian later sold a DNA Repair Gun to Milleous.

- According to Cooper, people restored by the DNA Repair Guns will wake up with a little headache.
- The design of the Repair Gun is similar to the design of the Flit Gun, an insecticide sprayer that was popular from the 1920s to the 1950s.
- Since they are built to restore human DNA, they can't restore alien DNA and are useless on other species as shown in Simian Says.
