Following a discussion on the wiki's Discord server, generic nicknames and insults ("fool", "vermin", "idiot", etc) are disqualified from being added to the Nicknames field on character and transformation infoboxes starting today.

Combinations[1][2] or Combos[3][2] are a transformation gimmick that was introduced in the Original Series. These transformations are hybrids of two alien species. They were originally an unintentional effect Ben discovered when he transformed with the Omnitrix without its faceplate. Ben 10,000 later made them into the main feature of the Biomnitrix.
Alien combinations were introduced in Dr. Animo and the Mutant Ray, where Ben was fiddling with the Omnitrix by trying to remove its faceplate with an screwdriver, then he finally manages to remove the faceplate from the watch, a beam cover the area and Ben gets the object. Next day, Ben tries to glue the faceplate with an gum but it falls off as Dr. Animo appears to get revenge on Ben, then Ben activates the Omnitrix and he tuns into a fusion of Stinkfly and Four Arms called "Stink Arms".
Ben as Stink Arms throws Animo's mutant frog towards him and he falls on the ground, then he sees the Omnitrix faceplate merging a crab with Lepidopterran DNA. Fascinated by what he saw, Animo runs away and Ben reverts back to normal.
Alien combinations reappered in And Then There Were None, where Ben 10K transformed into Fourmungousaur, a fusion between Four Arms and Humungousaur, to fight against the evil Bens and Vilgax.
Then, after Vilgax activated the Chronosapien Time Bomb, Ben 10K transformed into Atomic-X, a hybrid between Alien X and Atomix, to stop the bomb's blast radius but fails.

Original Omnitrix[]
While the Omnitrix faceplate was missing, Ben would transform into combo aliens created randomly by the Omnitrix. All of the combinations from that episode are either incompatible with each other or made the aliens' original abilities considerably weaker. In addition, energy and DNA left inside the detached faceplate could also hybridise nearby creatures.
Biomnitrix[]
The Biomnitrix is two Omnitrixes that are linked together, thus allowing the user to perform alien combinations by slamming the two gauntlets together. Ben 10,000 is able to choose which aliens he combines together.
