In Andreas' Fault, Chet interviewed Ben during a meet-and-greet at Mr. Smoothy. He mentioned that some people think charity events such as the meet-and-greet are a poor apology for the damage that Ben causes with his powers. Ben tried to steer the conversation away to the flavors that Mr. Smoothy offered for Ben 10 Month, before he was interrupted by a fan.
