The Crossover Nexus Transformations are temporary Omnitrix transformations based on Cartoon Network characters summoned who are exclusive to Crossover Nexus. The Omnitrix gained the ability to transform Ben into these heroes after being recreated by the Medusa Canon,[1][2] and were used to defeat Strike with the "Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion".[CN 1][IJQ 1]

Trivia[]
- While these transformations are canon[DR 1] Ben can only access them in the Nexus Realm, meaning he is unable to use them in his home dimension.[DR 2]
- Jake the Dog and Prohyas Warrior are the only transformations actually wearing the Omnitrix.
- Conincidentially, the first and last Cartoon Network characters Ben turned into were Jake The Dog and Finn The Human who are both the main protagonists of Adventure Time.
- When Ben briefly turns into Buttercup, her design is that of the original Powerpuff Girls series rather than the reboot.
- Moxy is the only transformation for which new model sheets were made, due to not being in 2D in The Moxy Show.
- Some Crossover Nexus transformations have appeared in other media:
- Grizzly Bear, Kelsey Pokoly, Ice Bear and Gwen Tennyson from We Bare Bears, Craig of the Creek and Ben 10 and a third character appear when transforming into each other via the Omnitrix in Alien Glitch | Cartoon Network LA - PROMO - Dia del Niño.
- In the Villainous episode Orientation Videos for Villains - Guide for an Evil Conquest, a broken Omnitrix created by Dr. Flugslys created more Crossover Nexus transformations.
- While not as transformations, Cartoon Network characters have also appeared alongside Ben in video games:
- Jake the Dog, Prohyas Warrior, Gumball Watterson, Mordecai, Grizzly Bear, Jeff Randell, Supercow, Johnny Bravo, Buttercup, Dexter and Finn Mertens all appear in Alien Glitch. Entering their name in the name section will unlock a secret fusion transformation, using that character's body part as part of the fusion.
- In Brawlhalla, Ben can fight alongside Jake, Finn, and Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time, and Amethyst, Stevonnie, Garnet, and Pearl from Steven Universe. As part of the special Morph Mode that came with Ben's inclusion, he can also swap to any of the cast by way of "transforming".
