The Carrot Monster[1][2][DH 1] was a common Earth carrot, which was mutated by Dr. Vegeto, the Dimension 23 counterpart of Dr. Animo.
Appearance[]
The Carrot Monster was a giant humanoid carrot with two legs and two arms. It had long green leaves as its hair on top of its body, yellow eyes with sharp black pupils, and a big mouth with yellow teeth. It also had several roots under its armpits. Inside its body, it had a brain and a nervous system, similar to Earth animals.

At some point, the Carrot Monster was created by Dr. Vegeto as his servant, but was defeated and captured by Ben 23 and Azmuth.
Right before the events of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad Ben World: Part 1, Azmuth was growing a new good-guy brain stem for the Carrot Monster with a resynthesizer. Due to Azmuth's experiment taking too long, Ben 23 turned into Vomit Man and ate the Carrot Monster, killing it in the process.
