Caitiff is a Lewodan and a president of the republic that appeared in Food Around the Corner.
Appearance[]
President Caitiff has white skin and has a humanoid appearance. He also has a mustache and swirly hair that looks like whipped cream. He wears a bluish-purple robe with black accents. He has a purple "bip" on his robe with two golden badges. He has a light blue monocle.
Personality[]
President Caitiff is normally a calm character that tends to avoid confrontations, although he isn't afraid to point out the flaws of Appoplexians and considers his species, the Lewodans, to be higher than the Appoplexians. However, his personality mellows out after shaking hands with Vexx signaling peace between the Lewodans and Appoplexians.
History[]

In Food Around the Corner, President Caitiff and Poltroon were seen trying to negotiate with Vexx and Mallice a peace deal with the help of Gravattack, which nearly fell through due to vendettas regarding the Appoplexians using Lewoda as a litter box. However, after Poltroon betrayed him, he eventually decides to put his differences with the Appoplexians aside and work with them (due to in part misunderstanding Gravattack). By the end, he was seen shaking hands with Vexx.
Future[]
In The End of an Era, Poltroon seemingly reconciled with Caitiff, Vexx and Mallice.
Powers and Abilities[]
Not much is shown about President Caitiff except that he has a stretchy face/body that allows him to absorb hits.

President Caitiff is shown to be very weak in physical combat compared to Appoplexians.

Etymology[]
"Caitiff" is a noun referring to a contemptible or cowardly person. This references how he was unaware of Poltroon's betrayal.
