Plot[]
Max wakes Ben and Gwen up, telling them they have alien worlds to explore. Ben freaks out thinking that there's aliens around the Rustbucket, preparing to hit his watch, but Gwen tells him its just a cosplay corner. Max tells them to hurry so he can get to the front of line of his favorite series.
Ben transforms into Four Arms, looking for his fans. Four Arms asks where all of his fans are, but Gwen tells him that they are probably are the Lucky Girl panel. Four Arms asks who Lucky Girl is, and Gwen tells him that she is the inspiration for her costume, but Four Arms denies that luck is a power.
Four Arms walks off looking for some action, but he only finds Oliver larping, utilizing a wand. Oliver complements his friends larping, and Hex in the background says the same thing, focusing on the wand Oliver posses.
Later on, Four Arms walks through the building and notices a familiar voice inside a tent. Hex tries to make a deal with Oliver, so he could get the wand, but Ben is caught sneaking around. Gwen looks around for Ben, she hears him yelling, and she finds him. Gwen grabs a random stick and jumps in. Gwen claims that the real wand of merlin. Hex denies that saying that he's seen the magic with his very own eyes.
Gwen says a random spell, and pulls a rope, causing the tent to fall down. The three kids run off, making Hex very angry. Hex casts a spell to bring a display of an Ogre to life. Ben transforms into Heatblast attempting to take it out. Ben asks for some more magic from Gwen. Gwen looks at what the Ogre is standing on and breaks it, causing the Ogre to fall down. Heatblast asks how she does it, but she states that she's just lucky. Hex shows up requesting the wand from Gwen, but Heatblast blasts him with fire. Heatblast begins to fight the monster again.
Hex chases Gwen to a hallway that leads to the Lucky Girl panel. Gwen says a spell and the door opens, having other cosplayers step out. Hex is confused on where Gwen went, and states that the wand is more powerful than he thought. Gwen manages to get Hex outside. While she's running, a voice tells her to duck. That voice soon revealing itself to be Overflow, blasting Hex with water. Hex manages to catch Overflow. Hex snatches the wand from Gwen, and realizes that it's fake. Hex compliments her skills, but tells her that he couldn't allow this to go unpunished. Gwen says one more spell. Hex is confused, but then gets surprised by a bunch of zombie cosplayers. Hex is in fear by the huge amounts of zombies. Overflow asks how did Gwen conjure up the zombies. Gwen explains that she's been using the schedule, and perfect timing to pull off her tricks. Security arrives and picks up Hex, allowing Ben to take a picture with his defeated foe. Ben times out and asks Gwen what happened to the real wand, Gwen suggest that maybe Oliver knows.
Oliver is later shown using the staff to defeat the Ogre Hex brought to life earlier. Ben says it's probably fine. Max shows up telling them that he got sent back one hundred bucks, stating that they are very lucky.
Lucky Girl was only Gwen's alter ego in the Classic Continuity; not a superhero that she admired.
Max's favorite series he mentions at the convention is a parody of Star Trek, he even wears a costume that resembles that of Worf from The Next Generation series.
The "Larping Troopers" are likely a parody on the Stormtroopers from the Star Wars franchise.
