Th Plant Alien in "The Big Story" removed it that way. Apparently touching it as someone transformed was also a ways of getting it off as seen in the same episode.

It's a space virus.
No necessary proof that the Root Shark is the predator of an Arachnichimp.
Sand Sharks aren't the predators of Tetramands as said by Derrick
I'd say it's possible but let's not jump to conclusions to quick.
Why haven't they shown root shark in the nemetrix yet? Also why weren't more nemetrixes aliens added? Like an insulated Snow Leopard like alien for Shocksquatch, or a very durable scorpion like alien for Eatle or even a self duplicating deaf predator for Echo Echo?
Wild Mutt doesn't actually have all of the characteristics of Nemetrix aliens. The reason that aliens are on the Nemetrix is because they are Non-Sentient. The Omnitrix has only Sentient beings, which means that Vulpimancers are Sentient and do not belong anywhere near onto the Nemetrix.
There may be a natural predator for the Vulpimancers, but I doubt it. The reason for that is because I imagine them as more of hunters, rather than hunted.

It was shown the Root Sharks are the predators of Arachnichimps. In Simian Says , a Root Shark ate Mizaru (I think).

It ate him, but that doesn't mean it's their predator. If that was the case then Spidermonkey would have tons of aliens in the Nemetrix. Never has it been revealed that there were any other predators then those we've been told about or have seen.
Plenty of aliens have been added, at least to our knowledge. It's more of why the plot doesn't demand more predators.

It makes sense that they'd be hunters but atthe same time the kind of planet Vulpin is I'd be able to see predators for Wildmutt.
Also, said by the creators more times than can be counted, Vulpimancers are sentient. They're not in the Nemetrix because the Nemetrix is only for those who are non-sentient.
Wildmutt has those charascteristics of a Nemetrix alien, yes, but only because he is a canine base. Wildmutt has been around longer than the Nemetrix you must remember.
