The Bird Villains (referred to as Baddies in the end credits) are criminals dressed as birds-of-prey.
Appearance[]
Each three of them wear the same costume; raptor-like helmets, jumpsuits and bird-like wings with jetpacks.
All have different colors.
History[]

In Goodbye and Good Riddance, the bird villains tried to blow up a blimp as part of their scheme to take over a city. However, their plans were foiled by Ben, Gwen and Max.
