Bill Gacks is a regular human plumber who appears in Ben 10: Omniverse.
Appearance[]
Bill bears great resemblance to Vilgax, in the sense that his blonde beard extends and curves comparably to Vilgax's tentacles, his green shirt is similar in shade to Vilgax's skin, and his clothing and overall body shape resemble that of Vilgax while in armor. He has dark green pupils. He is a tall and bulky human, being a couple of feet taller than even Rook. He is partially bald. He wears a green and brown overall with a utility belt.
Personality[]
Bill has an easy-going personality and is devoted to his job. At times, he can be so preoccupied with fixing leaks and such that he tends to ignore or overlook strange events going on around him until they become undeniable.
History[]
Omniverse[]
Bill made his debut in Bengeance is Mine, repairing the damaged pipes at the Pakmar's Sponge Store. Pakmar noticed his great resemblance to Vilgax. While cleaning the pipes, he accidentally activated a machine that displayed Vilgax's holograms all over Bellwood and Undertown. Afterwards, Bill enountered Ben, who mistook him for Vilgax. Later, Bill went to fix someone's faulty toilet, but Psyphon appeared before his eyes, asking to be hired because his gang was making fun of him. Bill, thinking Psyphon wanted to be his apprentice, gave him information on how to repair a broken toilet. Bill then went to Max's Plumbing where he met Ben again. He asked if he could use the bathroom, but Ben refused to let him because he was afraid he would discover Plumber Headquarters. Ben explains to Bill that the toilet was broken, to which the plumber replies that he fixed things like that. Later on, Bill was attacked by Squid Monsters. Ben managed to save him and apologized, also asking him for help. Using an ID Mask, Gacks took the form of Vilgax and helped the Plumbers catch the Squid Monsters along with Psyhon.

Bill Gacks is an expert plumber and is able to fix and maintain any standard indoor plumbing fixtures. He also claims to be skilled in wrestling. He can also play the keytar and is part of a rock band.

- Because of Bill's appearance and phonetically similar name, he is commonly mistaken for Vilgax.
- When he is mistaken for Vilgax, he says, "Yeah, I get that a lot".
