Benjamin Kirby Tennyson, also known as Ultimate Alien Ben,[credits 1] is an alternate version of Ben. He is a representation of 16-year-old Ben Tennyson from Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.
Appearance[]
Ben's appearance is the same as his Alien Force counterpart. His outfit consists of a black shirt, blue jeans and a green jacket with white stripes and the number 10 on it, and black and white Converse-style shoes.
The most notable difference is that this Ben wears an Ultimatrix on his left wrist, an Omnitrix-like device that resembles a green gauntlet instead of a watch.
Personality[]
Compared to Alien Force Ben, this Ben is a show off and is slightly more cocky due to his newfound fame, as shown when he showed off his Ultimatrix to his alternate dimension versions of himself. He isn't as arrogant as Omniverse Ben, though, and remains as heroic and selfless as any other Ben at heart. Ben shows a lot more serious persona when it is time for battle than he does 'off the clock'.

Background[]
At age 10, Ultimate Alien Ben found the Omnitrix and became a hero. At the age of 16, he received the Ultimatrix, a more powerful version of the Omnitrix.[note 1]
Ben 10[]
Ultimate Alien Ben first appears in Alien X-Tinction, where he is brought to Dimension 27998.3 by Maximilian Tennyson to help fight Alien X. Ordering Maximilian to get Ben to safety, Ultimate Alien Ben transforms into Ampfibian and battles Alien X alongside Alien Force Ben as Chromastone.
After a short battle, Ampfibian retreats from Adrenaland while carrying Max in his tentacles before timing out. Before Alien X could remove his Ultimatrix, Ben and Maximilian arrive with help from Original Series Ben, Omniverse Ben, and Gwen 10.
Turning into Ampfibian again, Ultimate Alien Ben tried to battle Alien X only to instead rescue Gwen 10 as Ripjaws. Ben eventually convinces everyone to fight Alien X at the time. As Ampfibian, Ultimate Alien Ben is able to synchronize his powers with his counterparts, giving Gwen 10's Ripjaws an opportunity to retrieve Ben's Omnitrix. However, Ampfibian is briefly incapacitated by Alien X when he tried to save Gwen, Max, and Maximilian. After Alien X is defeated, Ultimate Alien Ben congratulates Ben on saving the Omniverse before returning to his home dimension.

- This Ben's design is a stylized version of 16-year-old Ben Prime's regular appearance in Ultimate Alien except he has white stripes on both sleeves of his jacket whereas Ben Prime's jacket only had stripes his right sleeve.
- Ultimate Alien Ben's Ultimatrix is worn backwards compared to the way Ben Prime wore his Ultimatrix during Ultimate Alien.
- Towards the very end of the special, it was positioned right-side-up.
- The reason why Ultimate Alien Ben used only Ampfibian during Alien X-Tinction was due to time constraints and design costs.[DR 1]
- Duncan Rouleau originally stated that the four alternate Bens featured in Alien X-Tinction are the same as Ben Prime from the previous four series.[DR 2] However, he later rescinded that statement, stating that they are from alternate timelines.[DR 3]
- Cartoon Network already indicated this, when it said in the description of a video that Alien Force Ben and Ultimate Alien Ben are from different dimensions.[CN 1]
