Note: All editing that will be discussed is done in the Source Editor, not the Visual Editor. To switch editors, click from the drop-down menu next to the "EDIT" button, or click the editor-switching button while editing. You can change your preferred default editing style in Special:Preferences.
General Guidelines
- All articles must have proper spelling and grammar.
- Do not use double spaces when writing on any page or subpage.
- Do not put spaces on either side of slashes (/ or \).
- Do not put empty paragraphs or sections on any page or subpage.
- Article titles and headings should have the first word capitalized, along with every other word that isn't an article (e.g.: "the", "a/an", "and"), save for policy articles. The same applies to categories and subpages.
- All pages must be written in American English.
- Specific measurements should be written using imperial units, followed by the metric equivalent in parentheses.
- With the exception of infoboxes, whole numbers from one to nine should be written in word form, while whole numbers above nine and decimal numbers should be written in numerical form.
