  • When Ben makes a paper plane, his hair and eyebrows are black for one shot.
  • When Ben leaves the classroom, for a few seconds, his collar is white instead of black.
  • When Ben turns the Omnitrix's dial to switch to the next alien, the Omnitrix's ring is grey instead of black.
  • After Ben times out from Wildmutt and XLR8, the Omnitrix is green instead of red.
  • After Ben tells the others that he figured out how the Omnitrix works, its hourglass symbol is colored differently.
  • When Ben explains how the Omnitrix works, the dial pops out without him pressing the button. After he turns the dial to select an alien, the next frame has the faceplate back to its hourglass icon.
  • In many shots, the button on the Omnitrix is on the other side, and sometimes it appears on both sides.

Washington B.C.[]

  • Even though Max was careful not to show any kind of knowledge of Ben's identity in public while he was in alien form in And Then There Were 10, Gwen openly calls Heatblast and takes him into the Rustbucket in this episode.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • For a brief frame before Ben is crushed by the boxes that were toppled by the Mutant Frog, the Omnitrix is green, even though it's supposed to be in Recharge Mode.
  • When Security Guard #2 tries to stop Animo, he is voiced by Paul Eiding, but in when he grabs the walkie-talkie to report Animo, he is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
  • When Ben hits the Mutant Hamster with a football and begins to lead it away, a black line can be seen on the back of Ben's shirt for a split second.
  • When Ben turns into Four Arms, he doesn't activate the Omnitrix. The dial just pops out.
  • When Four Arms jumps towards the Mutant Parrot, for a split second, the black line on his leg is not colored in.
  • When Four Arms grabs the Mutant Parrot, his Omnitrix symbol disappears for a few seconds.
  • When Ben falls from the sky as Four Arms, he creates a large crater, but when the Omnitrix times out and Ben turns back into his normal form, the size of the crater is too large for Four Arms to create.
  • When Ben activates the Omnitrix to transform into Stinkfly, Max's white shirt is missing.

The Krakken[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • When Gwen gets splashed with water by Ben, she gets wet, but when she turns back, she is no longer wet.
  • When the gang walks to the dock, Ben says that he saw a lake monster with red glowing eyes, but the Krakken has blue eyes.
  • After Ben scares Gwen with the bait worms and puts them back in front of him, the bucket is shown behind Ben in the next shot.
  • While Gwen walks away from Max and Ben, she vanishes before reaching her destination.
  • In one shot, the back of Ben's hair is missing.
  • When Ben becomes annoyed when Jonah and Duane laugh at the idea of the Krakken being real, the collar of Ben's T-shirt is white.
  • When Ben takes notice of the Krakken while out on the sea with Max and Captain Shaw, part of the Omnitrix is white.

  • In one shot, Ben's pupils are bigger and not centered.

  • After the Limax Marty turns around after the Omnitrix times out when Ben follows him, there are two watches on each of the Limax's wrists.
  • When Ben and Gwen run away from Limax Max, the Omnitrix is red.
  • When a Limax throws a car at Ben and Gwen, there is a point in the scene where the Omnitrix is missing.
  • When Wildmutt bites Limax Max, Wildmutt's lips are orange.

Hunted[]

  • When Ben grabs a wrench in the warehouse, the colors on the Omnitrix's dial are reversed.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • After Max throws the junk at Kraab, the Omnitrix appears on Ben's right wrist.
  • When Tetrax knocks Diamondhead into a minecart, for a split second, the minecart is not drawn in and Diamondhead's upper half is cut off.
  • When Ben is about to think of the right alien to use for the Omnitrix, the tubes are green for a shot.
  • When Tetrax tells Grey Matter he is smart, Tetrax's eyes are yellow.

Last Laugh[]

  • When Frank looks at Ripjaws' glowing eyes in the water, they are green.

  • When Ben and Kevin are stealing the Sumo Slammers game from the warehouse, two police officers come in to stop them. Kevin defeats one but the other one just disappears from the scene.
  • Heatblast manages to stay on the train by melting a handhold in it. When he reverts, Ben is still holding it, and the metal is somehow cool enough that he is not burned.
  • In one shot, the collar part on Gwen's shirt is up to her face.
  • When Ben falls on the Rustbucket, the Omnitrix is red and white.
  • When Ben is about to turn into Four Arms, the floor of the Rustbucket looks different.
  • When Kevin turns into a Tetramand, he loses his padlock. After he becomes Kevin again, the padlock is hanging on his neck again.
  • In one shot, Tetramand Kevin has five fingers on his hand instead of four.

Tourist Trap[]

  • At the beginning of the episode, the Omnitrix's dial is white and green instead of grey and green.
  • When Ben is making funny faces at the kid in the car next to him, the kid eats a burger that has a brown bun and red patty, but when he sticks out his tongue, it's all green.
  • When Stinkfly laughs and slides across the floor, his tail is turned around instead of being upside down.
  • In one of the photos, the cat logo on Gwen's shirt is missing.
  • The "This is It!" sign seems to just be floating in the air.
  • For split second, Four Arms' lower stripe is white.
  • When Ben places his hand on the rubber ball, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way. This error occurs again when the Megawhatt first appears.
  • Gwen's model is seen on the top layer in one shot.
  • When Upgrade stops running from the Megawhatt, there is no manhole next to his feet. In the next shot, however, there is one next to his feet.
  • Before Upgrade changes back, there are four green lines down his back, even though there are only supposed to be three.
  • When Ben is grabbed into the truck, he is grabbed from the left, but he sits on the right.
  • When the Megawhatts flatten all the tires in town, in all the next scenes with vehicles in them, none of the tires are flattened.
  • The Omnitrix activates and the dial pushes out without any interaction from Ben prior to the fight at the dam.
  • Near the end of the episode, when Ben gets pranked, the Omnitrix is missing from his wrist.

The Alliance[]

  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial is white and green instead of grey and green, and is drawn incorrectly.
  • After Max is attacked, Four Arms carries him and Gwen to the hospital several blocks away as Four Arms, leaving the Rustbucket at the gas station. However, when Max is discharged and is leaving the hospital with Ben and Gwen, the Rustbucket is parked outside the hospital.
  • When Ben activates the Omnitrix in an attempt to get an alien that can help Max, the core is popped up. When Rojo senses it and zooms in on this, the core is lowered again, and Ben hadn't selected an alien.
  • When Rojo breaks into the hospital through the window, pieces of glass can be seen on the floor, but when Ben and Gwen start running away, the glass is gone.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • During XLR8's fight with Rojo, a blue police car can be seen. When XLR8 dashes around Rojo, the car is gone. Later, the car reappears, but is now black.
  • When XLR8 punches Rojo three times, his hands are human in appearance.
  • When the paramedics arrive to the battle, in the shot after Rojo jumps on XLR8, the ambulance's left back door is missing.

Lucky Girl[]

  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • In one shot, Gwen's shoes are all white with no blue on them.
  • In some shots, the Charms of Bezel are missing from Hex's sash.
  • When Hex revives in the ambulance, the charm to the right of the glowing Reincarnation Charm is the Luck Charm.
  • When the trio are at the restaurant, the Luck Charm's top line doesn't glow.
  • For a split second, the back of Lucky Girl's hair is missing.
  • In one shot, the top of Wildmutt's lips is miscolored orange.
  • When Ben selects Four Arms, the Omnitrix's core is grey.
  • When Ben and Gwen are at the back of the Rustbucket, Lucky Girl's mask is blue and green.
  • In one shot by the end, Ben's eyes are misplaced.

A Small Problem[]

  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • In one frame, half of Grey Matter's face is covered by the background.
  • Despite Howell clearly covering Grey Matter with his hands, Grey Matter somehow manages to get in his shirt.
  • Before Ben changes into Grey Matter, he is wearing his swimsuit. When he changes back to normal near the end of the episode, he is wearing his regular clothes.

Side Effects[]

  • Joe is first voiced by Steve Blum at the beginning of the opening scene, but when Clancy shows himself, Dee Bradley Baker voices Joe instead, with Steve Blum voicing Bob. Joe is voiced by Steve Blum again when Clancy uses his wasp swarm to grab him.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • When Max first talks about his San Ju Yien Pien remedy, his hair has inverted colors.
  • When the Tennysons split up the hallway as they're exploring Clancy's building, Max walks off onto the wall as if it were the floor.
  • When Four Arms says "Oops!", his mouth is open but does not move.
  • The nuclear reactor has no employees and no one to stop the Tennysons from coming in.
  • No one requires radiation protection, despite direct exposure to a nuclear core.
  • In one shot when Ben tries to fend off the wasps in the Rustbucket, the Omnitrix's dial is white and green instead of grey and green.

Secrets[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • In the picture of Four Arms and Stinkfly on the Chimeran Hammer, they are not wearing their gloves.
  • The cat logo on Gwen's shirt is a different shade of blue in one shot.
    • In another shot, the same logo has no eyes.
  • When Heatblast exits the Rustbucket, the door seems to open twice.
  • In one shot, Gwen's left arm is in front of Max's hand.
  • When Vilgax punches Ghostfreak and when Ghostfreak goes through Mt. Rushmore, he does not go intangible.
  • When Ghostfreak does go intangible his colors do not change.
  • At the end of the episode, the Omnitrix's dial seems to be green despite Ben timing out after escaping from the Chimeran Hammer. Also, Gwen's feet aren't drawn.
  • Four Arms isn't listed in the end credits.

Truth[]

  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • During various shots before XLR8 fights the Wigzelian Org Beast, the Omnitrix symbol looks bigger than usual.

The Big Tick[]

  • At the beginning of the episode, front side of the Rustbucket has missing lines.
  • When the Leader Alien says "And an Arburian Pelarota to boot", the Ben 10: The Complete Season 2 DVD's closed captioning says, "And an Aburian Pelorota to boot".
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • Gwen's cat logo on her shirt disappears several times in the episode.
  • When Ben jumps on the Interpreter Alien's platform and knocks him into the Great One, it never shows any physical damage, seeming as he just phased through it.
  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial is white and green instead of grey and green.
  • After Ben fails to destroy the Great One as Four Arms, he says, "Okay, one down, nine to go!", meaning he was going to try all of his other aliens (not counting Cannonbolt, who he considers to be useless). However, he doesn't use Grey Matter or Stinkfly.
  • In one shot, Cannonbolt's back shell is colored white instead of yellow.
  • Gwen's shoes are all white in certain shots.
  • Towards the end, it looks like Gwen has three fingers on her right hand.

Framed[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • Near the beginning of the episode, the Omnitrix's dial is white and green instead of grey and green.
  • Kevin's versions of the aliens have Ben's clothing for some reason.
  • A newspaper shows that Ripjaws' black patch of clothing is on the right side, not the left as it should have been.
  • For a split second, Diamondhead's foot is shown to be erroneously superimposed over Gwen's.
  • In Kevin 11, Kevin was in his Tetramand form when he got hit by the feedback from the Omnitrix. However, in this episode, he is shown to be human form in the flashback.
  • For an instant, the lines on the driver's watch are missing.

Gwen 10[]

  • When Gwen drops her drink, her hand is missing for one frame.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • When Diamondhead runs towards the Mechadroid, her Omnitrix symbol is all black.
  • When Gwen was talking to Ben, the number of fishes changes.
  • For one frame, Diamondhead's lower half is cut off.
  • In one shot, Four Arms has sleeves on her lower hands.
  • In one shot, Four Arms' clothes cover her neck.
  • When Vilgax arrives, the Omnitrix is green, despite being in Recharge Mode.
  • For one frame, the back of Ben's hair is missing.
  • The end credits misspell Diamondhead's name as "Diamond Head".

Grudge Match[]

  • Kevin's Grey Matter eye is white for a few shots.
  • For an instant, Kevin's pant leg isn't colored.
  • When Kevin throws the legs of the robot, they are not completely drawn.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • In one scene, Kevin uses his Heatblast arm to grab Ben, yet Ben shows no sign of being harmed by the fiery hand.
  • When Four Arms and Kevin land after getting thrown by Technorg, Four Arms has five fingers instead of four on his lower right hand.
  • After Ben stops Kevin from killing Technorg and they're being restrained by the robots, the Omnitrix, now recharged, is on Ben's right wrist.
  • In a couple of shots, Kevin lacks his lower arms.
  • In one shot. Kevin's hand on his Heatblast arm is miscolored.
  • When Kevin and Ben jump, the Omnitrix is green, but is then red again.
  • In one shot, Ben's shackles are on his left leg instead of his right leg.
  • When Kevin spits the Stinkfly goo at Ben, it hits him on his back. However, when Ben is bound by the goo, he faces Kevin.

The Galactic Enforcers[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial is colored white and green instead of grey and green.
  • After Ultimos eats the chocolate, nothing is shown near his mouth but when the allergic reaction takes place, there is a chocolate smudge beside his mouth.
  • When Vulkanus picks up the container of iron ore it is grey, but when it shows him and SixSix going towards the ship, it is the same type of yellow container Tini was trapped in.
  • When Ben wears his Galactic Enforcers uniform, the Omnitrix is covered by a glove, but when he uses it to turn into XLR8, the Omnitrix is over the glove.
  • In one shot, the colors of Ultimos' emblem are reversed.
  • Ripjaws' name can be seen in the credits despite not appearing.

Ghostfreaked Out[]

  • When Wildmutt is being held by Zs'Skayr in the dream, his brace is orange.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • In the chemistry room scene, when Ben and Gwen notice that the beakers are heating up on their own, for a split second, another set of eyes replaces Ben's mouth.
  • Zs'Skayr has an Omnitrix symbol until he tears off his extra skin.
  • As Max approaches a ladder to climb up to Ben and Gwen fighting, the rungs of the ladder are missing.

Ultimate Weapon[]

  • While Max is discussing Mask of Ah Puch and its relation to the Sword of Ek Chuaj to Ben on the drive to it, the Omnitrix's dial is white and green instead of grey and green.
  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • When Stinkfly carries Gwen and Max, the cat logo on Gwen's shirt is missing.

Camp Fear[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • The Mycelium says it controls all vegetation, despite fungi being their own kingdom.

They Lurk Below[]

  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • Grey Matter acts as if he can't breathe underwater, even though he can.
  • In two shots, Ripjaws' black patch is missing.
  • Gwen's logo on her shirt disappears for one shot.
  • In one shot, Gwen's shoe has two lines on it.
  • In one shot, Gwen's hair clip vanishes.
  • Stinkfly says that he can't swim and needs assistance from Eddie and Gwen, despite being able to do so on his own in The Krakken.

Dr. Animo and the Mutant Ray[]

  • The belts on the trio's life jackets are pictured in different ways.
  • In one shot, Max is not wearing a life jacket.
  • In one shot, the cat logo on Gwen's shirt is missing.
  • For two frames, Gwen's lower half is cut off.
  • At the end of the episode, Ben states that if he broke the Omnitrix's faceplate again, he could possibly turn into a combination between XLR8 and Ghostfreak (XLR-Freak). However, this would not be possible as Ghostfreak escaped from the Omnitrix several episodes ago.
  • When Ben fiddles with the Omnitrix at the end of the episode, in one shot, the Omnitrix's dial is drawn in an oval shape.

Back With a Vengeance[]

  • For some reason, Ben's transformations are wearing the raincoat, despite the fact that the Omnitrix breaks down the clothes when Ben transforms.
  • Heatblast does not burn the raincoat when using it, despite him burning everything he touches.
  • When Wildmutt is wearing the raincoat, it is shown to be intact despite Diamondhead's shards causing a tear in the back.
  • Gwen is surprised when Ben as Ripjaws changes into Stinkfly, despite not showing shock at Wildmutt being right next to her and changing into Ripjaws.
  • When Vilgax throws the container at Kevin, it creates a breakage in the right side of the glass. However, in the next scene, when Kevin is shown to be firing crystal shards at Vilgax, the breakage is shown on the left side of the glass. Also, when Vilgax and Kevin exit that part of the Megacruiser, the breakage in the glass is shown to be bigger than it was when Vilgax threw the container.
  • When Vilgax holds Ben atop the sky ride, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • The closed captions for the Ben 10: The Complete Season 2 DVD misspell Havoc Beasts as "Hyvex Beasts".
  • Gwen doesn't have the grenades when Kevin is holding her.
  • The container Kevin is carrying already had the Omnitrix before Kevin took it off of Ben.
  • When Kevin pins Ben down with his foot and uses a device to tear the Omnitrix off of Ben's wrist, for a moment his foot looks green/blue diamond-like instead of reddish.
  • When Kevin removes the Omnitrix from Ben's wrist, XLR8's silhouette has human-like feet.

Midnight Madness[]

  • When Ben views Gwen's videotape, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • Gwen and Max watch Gwen's videotape from earlier when determining that Sublimino is responsible for Ben's actions. The video shows Sublimino facing the camera during his hypnosis routine. From where Gwen was standing, his back should have been facing the camera.

Ben 10,000[]

  • In one shot, XLR8's face is miscolored below his lip.
  • Ben asks Ben 10,000 about unlocking the other 9990 aliens. However, at this point Ben had discovered 12 aliens, so he actually should have said 9988.
  • In various shots during the episode, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • The charms on Gwendolyn's arm change places, from being three on the upper arm and two on the forearm to two on the upper arm and three on the forearm, in some shots.
  • XLR8 grabs Ben and Gwen, but then he runs alone.
  • When XLR8 first encounters Dr. Animo in Sector 1-A Centric, his visor is miscolored green.
  • In one shot, Future Diamondhead's Omnitrix symbol has its colors switched.
  • When Upgrade unmerges with the hoverboard, his Omnitrix symbol is missing.
  • After Cannonbolt and Four Arms get knocked down by Vilgax, Cannonbolt's fingers have black lines around it like Ben 10,000's Cannonbolt. In the next shot, the lines are gone.
  • The closed captions on the Ben 10: The Complete Season 3 DVD misspell the "Twista Combititus" spell as "Twin stuff, call me Titan". The DVD and the end credits also misspell Arctiguana's name as "Articguana".

A Change of Face[]

  • When Charmcaster in Gwen's body asks Ben how the Omnitrix works, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • When Charmcaster in Gwen's body gets off the truck to buy more ingredients, she leaves her things on the truck.
  • When Gwen and Charmcaster speak in each other's bodies, their voice is of the host body, but when Ben and Gwen switch, it is not.
  • When Charmcaster is in Gwen's body, the back of her hair is missing in one shot.
  • When Ben and Gwen are trapped, Gwen's pants suddenly have back pockets, which are not usually seen.
  • In one shot, the inside of Gwen's right sleeve is the same color as her skin.
  • When Charmcaster's bag falls into the ocean, the strap is shown to be intact, but when it's shown sinking into the water, the strap is broken.

Merry Christmas[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.

Benwolf[]

  • In one shot when the Werewolf is fighting Benwolf, he is wearing Ben's shirt.
  • When the Werewolf scratches the Omnitrix, the dial just glows yellow and starts rotating, but when Benwolf recalls what happened, the flashback shows the dial as a mixture of the inactive and active modes, and the tubes are yellow instead of white. After Benwolf recalls the flashback twice, the tubes are shown white.
  • When Ben reverts to human from Benwolf, the Omnitrix is in Active Mode.
  • At the end of the episode, before Cannonbolt gets out of the cave, Kai's shirt is purple instead of peach.

Game Over[]

  • When Ben hands Gwen the game controller, the Omnitrix is missing from his wrist.
  • When Ben and Gwen begin to play Sumo Slammers Smackdown, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way. It also almost always faces the wrong way when Ben and Gwen are trapped in the game.
  • In a couple of shots, Cannonbolt's back is white instead of yellow.
  • When Ben finds the Four Arms/Upgrade icons, he has to activate the Omnitrix to use them, but when he finds the Cannonbolt icon, he changes instantly.
  • The end credits misspell Ishiyama's name as "Ishyama".

Super Alien Hero Buddy Adventures[]

  • In some shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • In one shot, the globe featuring the logo of Planetary Studios reads "Netary Studios" instead.

  • In one shot, Four Arms has five fingers.
  • After saving the girl, Kangaroo Kommando has no "K" on his head.
  • While Ben falls after reverting from Stinkfly, all the black parts on the Omnitrix are grey.

Under Wraps[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • Wildmutt's lips are orange in a few shots.

  • At the beginning of the episode, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way. This error occurs again after Ben reverts to human from Upchuck.
  • Ben somehow transforms into Four Arms without pressing down on the Omnitrix's dial.
  • Xylene calls Upgrade a Glavanic Mechamorph, when his species is Galvanic Mechamorph.
  • When Diamondhead says "You're not the boss of me", his back is completely diamond. He also is missing the black patch on his left pectoral which houses the Omnitrix, and is missing the Omnitrix, as well.
  • In most shots when Max is on the roof of the Rustbucket, the symbol on the shoulder of his Plumber suit is missing.

The Return[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • Max says he never went to space with NASA, but there is a framed picture in the space center of Max inside a rocket, with Earth in the background.
  • When Dr. Viktor looks at the Omnitrix, it is missing the four green dots on the faceplate.
  • In one shot, Snare-oh's Omnitrix's symbol is completely grey.
  • When Snare-oh's back is shown in one shot, some stripes are missing.
  • When Snare-oh walks towards the hole in the wall, the Omnitrix symbol is gone.
  • In one shot, the Omnitrix's dial is almost completely grey.
  • In one shot, XLR8's tail is missing.

Be Afraid of the Dark[]

  • In one shot when Ben runs away from Zs'Skayr at the beginning of the episode, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way. This occurs again when Viktor finds Ben in his hiding spot.
  • When Viktor finds Ben in his hiding spot, Viktor has a white belt and one of his bolts has a green line instead of purple.
  • Gwen and Grey Matter mention that they fought the Werewolf in New Mexico, which is false as Benwolf took place in Arizona.
  • Zs'Skayr tells Viktor at the beginning of the episode to keep Ben alive so that he can merge with him. However, when they are in space, Zs'Skayr tells Ben that it will be a pleasure to watch him explode when he reverts, seemingly contradicting his motivations.
    • Also, being in space wouldn't make Ben explode.
  • When Viktor sends a wave of electricity at Upgrade, he remains completely unharmed, despite showing a weakness to electricity in Tourist Trap and many instances after this episode.
  • When Ben turns into Frankenstrike, he activates the Omnitrix by turning the dial and pushing the button while normally it activates when he pushes the button then turns the dial to select an alien.
  • When Ben transforms into Cannonbolt, the usually green flash is blue.

Perfect Day[]

  • In one frame, a part of SixSix is not colored at all.
  • Ben says that the Omnitrix is recharging when he sees Kevin, but the dial is shown to be green.
  • SixSix disappears from the episode after Ultra Ben appears.

Divided We Stand[]

  • When two Ditto clones are running away from the Mutant Seagull, one of them is missing their Omnitrix symbol.
  • When one Ditto clone lands the basketball in the hoop, he has black sides.
  • For one second when the Ditto clones merge into one, one clone is completely black.
  • When Ben and Gwen ride a kite in the air, the Omnitrix is missing its details on the faceplate and core. The dial also faces the wrong way.
  • When Animo arrives with his army of mutant Lepidopterran hybrids, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • When the Dittos surround Animo, they don't have eyes and one of them has an entirely black back.
  • Throughout the episode, no attempt is made by the Tennysons to hide their relation to Ditto (and by extension, Ben's secret identity).

Don't Drink the Water[]

  • In many shots, the Omnitrix's dial faces the wrong way.
  • Gwen tells the others not to worry since they drained Hex of his powers, despite looking at him levitating.
  • After Hex throws Hector, the background changes.
  • After Ben turns into Cannonbolt, the water and broken glass disappear.

  • The closed captions on the Ben 10: The Complete Season 4 DVD misspell Diamondhead's name as "Diamond Head".
  • When Ken rides his hoverboard after leaving Ben 10,000's headquarters, there is no gap between the sides of the Omnitrix's dial.
  • When Ben protects Ken from Devlin's mutant form, his left sleeve is shown to be torn above his elbow from the attack, but when he prepares to face mutant Devlin, his sleeve appears to be only torn below his elbow.
  • When Four Arms throws mutant Devlin, his back is drawn incorrectly.
  • Ken gets angry at Ben for not telling him that the Null Void containment unit was moved, despite the fact that it was moved after Animo broke in, which happened before Ken was born.
