Appearance[]
In Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, Ben's cell phone looks like a green feature phone and usually has a blue screen.
In Omniverse, Ben's cell phone is a flip phone with green color and a black line down the middle like Kevin's Car.
From Mud is Thicker Than Water onwards, Ben's cell phone looks like a green smartphone.

Alien Force[]
In Grounded, Gwen called Echo Echo to ask for help fighting DNAliens. Echo Echo sent a sonic scream through the phone to attack the DNAliens. Although the phone was confiscated by Sandra, she later returned it to Ben after she and Carl realized the error of their ways.
In Pet Project, Gwen called Ben to come help them defeat Sir Morton.
In Vengeance of Vilgax: Part 1, Gwen called Ben, asking him to help her and Kevin with battling Ssserpent.
In Trade-Off!, Ben used his phone to contact Kevin who had not been answering their calls.
In The Final Battle: Part 1, Ben used his phone to contact Kevin and Gwen back and forth while they were battling Kraab.
Ultimate Alien[]
In Duped, during his fight with the Forever Knights, Gwen called Rath to tell him to get to Julie's tennis game.
In Hit 'Em Where They Live, Ben used his phone to continuously call his mother after she was kidnapped.
In The Creature From Beyond, Ben thought about calling Sir Cyrus to let him know they found the Lucubra.

In a flashback in Rules of Engagement, Julie called Ben to talk to him about their relationship.
In Special Delivery, Mr. Baumann called Ben to inquire about the orders.
In O Mother, Where Art Thou?, Sandra continuously called Ben on the phone while he was busy fighting Ma Vreedle, who threatened to blow up the sun if her son wasn't returned.
In Mud is Thicker Than Water, Ben continuously received calls from Rook and Kevin, who has gone to Khoros for an auto show.
In And Then There Were None, the No Watch timeline version of JT called his Ben.
In Collect This, Ben showed a picture of himself in his old shirt to Collectimus.
