The Beast of Manchester was a massive creature resembling an anthropomorphic wolf. It had a large mane and a stubby tail. Its fur was golden and its eyes were red, lacking pupils.
Personality[]
The Beast of Manchester was a merciless creature, having been used as a means to torment people for many years. Despite its great power, it was not above showing weakness, as it did so upon being confronted with the iron fence surrounding the Manchester House.[gn 1]

Background[]
During the early 1800s, the Beast of Manchester was summoned by town founder Marlon Manchester using a locket, a goblet, and a mirror. He used it to terrify the citizens of Manchester, eventually leaving his family as the only remaining residents. Unable to destroy the artifacts, Marlon's son, Marlon Jr., hid the artifacts around the mansion in hopes the Beast would not be summoned again.

In The Manchester Mystery, the Beast of Manchester was summoned by Hex, using the items Marlon Jr. had hidden. However, it was soon stopped by Team Tennyson and the Mystery Boys, who used the latter's filming equipment to destroy it with light.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Beast of Manchester was incredibly strong and durable, being able to shred through trees and bust through stone walls. He also had a resistance to electricity, appearing unfazed by Shock Rock's attacks.[gn 1]
If the Beast's ritual was completed before midnight, and it managed to escape the estate in time, its power was "immeasurable and unstoppable".[1][gn 1]
Weaknesses[]
The Beast of Manchester is susceptible to bright lights. It is also has a weakness to iron, not even being able to maneuver around a fence made of the metal.[gn 1]
