After traveling to Tampa Beach, Florida, Team Tennyson hopes to get some much-needed rest and relaxation, but the tempests without a temper, the Weatherheads, have other plans that Ben must thwart: to build a new beach base!
Plot[]
The episode opens up at Tampa Beach, where Gwen is flying a kite, Max is reading a magazine on RVs, and Ben is bored. Max tells Ben that there is tons of stuff to do at the beach. Ben claims that he has done all of the stuff. Max is confused as to how, and Ben flashbacks to being XLR8 running around the beach doing everything. Max tells Ben to make new friends, however Ben doesn’t want to due to there being too many old people. Max tells Ben to relax instead. Gwen takes Ben to go relax on the beach. Once she forces him to sit down, Ben immediately likes it. He lays back and chills for a bit until the clouds block the sun. Ben is confused, and looks over to see three shadowy figures. He walks up to them, and notices that it’s the Weatherheads. Gust-O states that they must continue to remain in disguise for the duration of their plan. He states that the beach has the perfect sunny climate to power their solar battery. Shock-O points out that with the solar battery at their fingertips, their power will be infinite, and they will take over the world in no time. The three then clear out the beach by making it even more cloudy. Ben is angry at the three, so he runs away to tell Max and Gwen . Shock-O puts down a suitcase that turns into another weather tower.
Meanwhile, Ben runs up to Max and Gwen and tells them about the Weatherheads. Max and Gwen don’t believe him at first, until Ben points over to the giant solar battery in the distance. Ben comes up with a plan, Max and Gwen distract the Weatherheads, and Ben destroys the battery. Gwen insisted that she and Max destroy the battery. Ben transforms into Diamondhead to distract them.
The Weatherheads continue to cause storms all over the beach. Diamondhead runs up to the Weatherheads as they continue to block the sun. He uses his diamonds to lift him higher into the sky. He then creates a magnifying glass out of his diamonds to enhance the ultraviolet rays from the sun on the beach. The Weatherheads use their lighting manipulation to strike down Diamondhead. The lighting, however, gave Diamondhead an energy boost, and right before he could use it, the Omnitrix times out. The Weatherheads prepare to finish Ben off in his human form, but Ben dodges the attacks, and goes to pull out a component of the solar battery. Ben runs to hide, and the Omnitrix quickly recharges. Ben transforms into Cannonbolt and attacks the Weatherheads. Cannonbolt at first is winning, but the Weatherheads bounce him around like a beachball. Cannonbolt rolls out into the ocean, and the Weatherheads follow him. Max and Gwen use this as an opportunity to attack the solar battery. Cannonbolt manages to wipe them onto shore. Shock-O points out that their power supply is running low, so the three clear the skies to recharge their bodies.
Once recharged, the three blast Cannonbolt, and manage to retrieve their component. Gwen calls over to them, and the Weatherheads are shocked at the sight of their solar battery being destroyed. While they’re distracted, Cannonbolt attacks them, and throws a bottle of sunscreen at them. The three lie on the ground peacefully, enjoying laying down and relaxing. Max says that he called the authorities, and they’ll be on their way to get the Weatherheads. Ben questions why, as all they did was cause a storm and make it go away. Gwen states that their intent was bad, and that they could've done something bad with the solar battery. A few little kids burry the Weatherheads in sand, and Ben draws on Gust-O’s face to finish their work.
Gust-O: This beach has the perfect sunny climate to power our gigantic solar battery. Shock-O: And with the solar battery at our fingertips, our power will be infinite. We will take over this world in no time.
Gust-O: Our procedures are not meeting expectations. Shock-O: I would feel frustration now, if I had emotions. Gust-O: Weatherheads, begin aquatic turbine protocols.
