The Bailiff is a Highbreed working for Judge Domstol in the High Court of the planet Coda Coda.
Appearance[]
This Highbreed's change of color was the result of the energy wave Ben sent out in War of the Worlds: Part 2, when all of the Highbreed were mixed with random samples from the Omnitrix DNA database. His color scheme is red and blue, having red as the primary color and having blue replace the colorations of gray and purple. He also has green eyes.
Personality[]
He cares about his kind a lot; when Baz-L insulted his species, he called for an objection.

He first appears in the episode with Judge Domstol in Don't Fear the Repo when Baz-L tried to convince Ben to give Ship back to him without knowing the consequences of sending the Vreedle Brothers to repossess Ship.
