AntiVilgax[credits 1] (alternatively known as Anti-Trix Vilgax)[2] is the Antitrix's hybridization of Vilgax (a Chimera Sui Generis) and every alien in the Antitrix.
Appearance[]
AntiVilgax is ultimately the only mutation perfectly matching the aliens' body types and limbs.
While he retains his squid-like head and red sacs, his round torso is entirely black with a dark red stripe on the center with a yellow and dark yellow color as well as 2 pairs of stripes that open to reveal mandible-filled mouths with thorny tentacles. Aside from his four red eyes and a respirator, his four arms are very matching; the prime shoulders are made of raging fire, attached to their black upper arms with blue patterns and large spiked forearms encased in dark purplish crystalline materials with spiked knuckles.
On the ribcage are two lower arms colored orange with large rounded forearms with the same color scheme as his main upper arms. His lower torso has crystal formations with the same color scheme as his upper forearms, including the ribcage and kneecaps, the latter covered by tendrils. His feet has two toes and he has an armored green tail, golden armor on his back and the middle of his lower torso, and two brown metal wings.
AntiVilgax wears the Antitrix symbol on his chest, supported by two tubes.
Powers and Abilities[]
Being part-Chimera Sui Generis, AntiVilgax retains his normal form's laser vision and tentacles.
Being part-Tetramand, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Four Arms but at the extent of Quad Smack.
Being part-Pyronite, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Heatblast but at the extent of Hot Shot. He is able to perfom a destructive crash by coating his ball form in molten fire, dealing major damage.
Being part-Kineceleran, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as XLR8 but at the extent of Rush, which increase his agility and mix his speed with Wreckingbolt's.
Being part-Petrosapien, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Diamondhead but at the extent of Crystalfist.
Being part-Arburian Pelarota, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Cannonbolt but at the extent of Wreckingbolt.
Being part-Galvanic Mechamorph, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Upgrade but at the extent of Bootleg. Occasionally, he unlocks the ability to terraform a planet to his desire, allowing him manipulate the terrain into any shape.
Being part-Galvan, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Grey Matter but at the extent of Dark Matter, although it has not been shown.
Being part-Cascan, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Overflow but at the extent of Undertow. He is able to vomit a stream of swamp green water from his respirator.
Being part-Florauna, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Wildvine but at the extent of Thornblade. As such, he can grow sharp tendrils from his inner chest cavity.
Being part-Lepidopterran, AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Stinkfly but at the extent of Skunkmoth.
AntiVilgax shares many of the same powers as Bashmouth, although it has not been shown.

- In Ben 10 Versus the Universe: The Movie, AntiVilgax chased Team Tennyson, destroyed Glitch's Rustbuggy form, terraformed Earth, and defeated Kevin in a combat suit and Omni-Kix Four Arms before reverting the latter and stealing the Omnitrix Key.

Trivia[]
- AntiVilgax's respirator makes him resemble Vilgax in the Classic Timeline after being mortally wounded.
- One of the challenges the crew ran into with this transformation was just coming up with ways for it to seem like something new, like "this Vilgax can do things normal Vilgax cannot" when giving him fireballs and vines are functionally not very different from tentacles and lasers.[KT 1]
- Kelly Turnbull tried to come at AntiVilgax like Vilgax is using the Omnitrix the way it is supposed to be used. Essentially, this would be what Ben and Kevin could be doing with their watches if they had any idea how they worked beyond pushing a button and receiving an alien.[KT 2]
- The original idea for AntiVilgax terraforming Earth was so he could control all of the ground like an extension of himself. However, the crew decided that was escalating it too far and they did not know what to do with that towards the end of the film.[KT 3]
