Alien Incidental 15[ms 1] is a resident of Undertown who appears in Omniverse.
Appearance[]
He is a bipedal bird with soft blue skin. He wears a violet and black suit that covers his torso, wings and the fin of his head. His neck, legs and tail are magenta. He features bulging eyes and a protruding jaw. His wings are sharp around the edges.
As a Zombie Clown, He has a white flower on his chest, a ruffled collar around his neck, a red nose, and a face paint.

Powers and Abilities[]
Similar to Earth penguins, he is an excellent swimmer and can reach fast swimming speeds.[DJW 1]
