The Geochelone Aerios have erected fascinating architectural wonders all over the planet, which blend in harmoniously with the landscape. These chameleon-like structures alter their very colors and patterns by using advanced camouflage technology to continuously match even the subtlest changes in the environment.[AP 1]

The dominant species of Aldabra are Geochelone Aerios, who live pacifistic, religious lives; revering an ancient, mystical member of their species, Addwaitya[AP 1] (though unaware of his descent into evil).

Etymology[]
Aldabra is named after the "Aldabra Atoll", a group of islands home to one of the largest species of turtles on Earth, the "Aldabra Giant Tortoise."
Aldabra is also the name of an atoll in the Indian Ocean and is one of the sites which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
