Aggregor's Ship was, as the name suggests, Aggregor's primary method of transportation.
Aggregor's ship first appeared in Escape from Aggregor, when Galapagus explained that he, along with Bivalvan, Ra'ad, P'andor and Andreas, was captured by Aggregor and imprisoned on his ship. They escaped, but were recaptured when P'andor and Andreas' attack alerted Aggregor to their escape. However, Galapagus was able to send out a distress signal which was picked up by Magister Prior Gilhil, he boarded Aggregor's ship, turning off the ability neutralizer, and the prisoners escaped after Aggregor murdered Prior Gilhil. Galapagus then seemed to betray the others for his own freedom, but betrayed Aggregor. They then escaped, but Aggregor shot down the ship they were escaping in, causing them to crash-land on Earth.
In Andreas' Fault, Aggregor found Andreas and took him back to his ship, which left only Ra'ad for recapture.
In Ultimate Aggregor, Aggregor brought Ra'ad to his ship and was ambushed by Plumber agents, although he defeated them with a torrent of lasers. However, before he could make the jump to Osmos V, the Plumber unit commander shot out the hyperdrive of the ship so he couldn't leave Earth, so Aggrebots took the ship to a nearby forest. When Lodestar found the ship, he flew into it, but when Gwen, Kevin and Max arrived, the ship self-destructed and destroyed the area. However, Gwen protected the team and Lodestar was able to pull himself back together using magnetism, which tipped them off that Aggregor wasn't there.
